Category ratings do not assess specific brands.
Generic ratings rate a product category — not a named manufacturer or product. They are not statements about any specific company.
Not financial or investment advice.
Ratings are for consumer information only. Do not use them as the basis for financial, investment, or procurement decisions.
Intellectual property.
Ratings, scores, the HIP Mark logo, and the Resourcehip brand are owned by Resourcehip Ltd. The methodology is published under CC BY-NC 4.0. The HIP Mark may not be used without a valid licence.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by Scots law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
