We read every message. We can't guarantee a timeline, but popular requests move up the queue.
What makes a good suggestion?
We rate product categories rather than individual brands — for example, "cordless drills" rather than "Brand X Model Y". The best suggestions are:
- everyday products that many people buy
- categories where materials and supply chains are worth scrutinising
- things you genuinely wish you had better information about before purchasing
