The Verified HIP Rating is the only route to the HIP Mark licence, which runs for 24 months for products scoring 6.0 or above and is renewable annually thereafter at £75 per year per product. A Screened Rating is suitable for internal benchmarking and ESG reporting but does not licence the Mark. Full pricing details →
What happens after you submit
- We confirm scope — rating type, fee, and any evidence required (1–3 working days).
- Assessment — your product is scored against all seven HIP dimensions. You receive a full breakdown with written rationale.
- Certification — on payment confirmation, the rating is published on resourcehip.com and the HIP Mark licence is issued (for Verified Ratings scoring 6.0 or above).
You do not need a complete evidence dossier at this stage. Submit what you have — we will confirm requirements before you commit.
Payment
Fees are confirmed after scoping and invoiced with 30-day payment terms. Payment is accepted by bank transfer (BACS) or card (Stripe). Certification is released on payment confirmation.
